EA opportunity starting January for 12 months FTC
Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:30pm (flexibility for part time hours also available)
Pay: Equivalent to £30k - £32K
We're seeking a highly organised EA to cover a maternity leave for the next 12 months.
You'll provide essential administrative and coordination support across the Contracts and Operations teams - scheduling meetings, managing documents, updating trackers, supporting project programmes, and ensuring information flows smoothly.
Ideal for someone with EA/PA or project admin experience, strong advanced Excel skills, and confidence picking up new systems quickly.
You'll need:
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Proactive approach and ability to work at pace
Experience in admin/EA/project support roles
Advanced Excel and good IT skills
