Maintenance Contracts Manager

Our client, a leading water feature and irrigation specialist company, is currently seeking a talented Maintenance Contracts Manager to join their expanding maintenance department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of service for clients' water features and irrigation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department, collaborating closely with the Contracts team.
- Prepare quotations for maintenance contracts and additional works using Excel and Word.
- Coordinate daily tasks, including work scheduling, using Excel-based SharePoint documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Manage material procurement by creating materials lists and issuing purchase orders.
- Coordinate materials and labor upon receipt of work instructions to ensure precise completion.
- Assist the invoicing department by providing necessary documentation.
- Contribute to the overall development and growth of the department.
- Maintain and update the Facilities Management Platform, Elogbooks, ensuring timely uploading of service sheets, quotations, and administrative tasks to meet KPI targets.
**Required Skills and Experience:**
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail and a solid project coordination background.
- Ability to work remotely and independently as well as part of a team via platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and identify opportunities for departmental growth.
- Previous experience as a Contracts Manager in water feature and/or irrigation systems or related M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) industries.
- Personable character capable of conducting meetings independently with clients and quick thinking.
- Familiarity with Facilities Management Platform – Elogbooks would be advantageous.
A competitive salary and holiday package are available. Contracted hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 with an hour for lunch, with flexibility required to work outside these hours when necessary
