Founded in 2010, gunnercooke has been one of the fastest-growing law firms of the last 15 years. Revenue has grown organically by c. 20% year on year for the last few years, primarily driven by partner growth. The firm has ambitions to continue on this growth trajectory, and as Director of Talent you will play a crucial role in driving this strategic growth through the attraction, engagement and on boarding of experienced lawyers. You will shape and lead the talent acquisition strategy for our fee-share legal Partners, ensuring a continuous pipeline of high-quality candidates who share our entrepreneurial ethos and commitment to excellence. You will also collaborate with senior leadership to build trusted relationships with Partners to align talent acquisition goals with the firm’s ambitious business objectives. The exciting position is one of the most strategically important roles at the firm. This exciting opportunity has been created as the current incumbent is moving into a new role in the firm in the new year.
The successful candidate must have proven experience of the following:-
* Knowledge and experience of Partner recruitment either in a legal agency or in house at a law firm.
* Consistently achieved (or exceeded) sales or recruitment targets, resulting in significant growth and expansion for previous firms.
* Proven ability to build robust pipelines, converting passive and active senior-level candidates effectively, resulting in measurable business growth.
