Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will support operational and administrative functions, report to senior management, and contribute to the efficiency of our operations. This role offers opportunities to upskill, work with new technologies, and be part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing squad reports and timesheets
2. Assisting in daily programme preparation
3. Tracking van times and recording on/off-site hours
4. Sourcing utility markup information
5. Processing sales invoices and payments
6. Supporting tenders and administrative tasks
7. Maintaining filing systems and office equipment
8. Handling correspondence and calls
9. Arranging mail, photocopying, scanning
10. Managing stock levels
11. Reception duties and visitor management
12. Supporting internal catering and hospitality
Essential Criteria
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Attention to confidentiality and detail
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Desirable Criteria
* Experience in similar roles, contracts, invoices, or financial administration
* Teamwork and cross-functional achievements
