Responsibilities
* Conduct maintenance and emergency callouts for both fire and security systems, including IP CCTV, intruder alarms, access control and fire systems.
* Ensure quality delivery across planned and reactive works while upholding SLAs and compliance standards.
* Perform first‑time fixes and maintain excellent customer communication.
* Attend planned maintenance and reactive visits, using SECOM's digital platform to manage workflows, upload documentation, plan routes with NSB, order parts, log into client portals and update service teams.
* Perform vehicle and ladder checks, manage van stock and support mobilisation of new contracts.
Qualifications
* Background in fire and security systems with experience using Pyronix intruder, access control, IP CCTV, conventional and addressable fire alarm systems and compliance.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Customer‑focused, adaptable, confident using digital tools and reporting systems.
