This rapidly growing contractor are now looking for an experienced electrical project manager to join their team, either on a PAYE, CIS or LTD basis. Work across projects covering Reading area and further afield when required moving on once projects are completed. Your role as an electrical project manager will include:
* Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all electrical works across the residential development, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.
* Manage electrical subcontractors, suppliers and on-site teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and safety compliance.
* Monitor project budgets, schedules and resources, identifying and resolving any issues or risks impacting the electrical scope.
* Liaise with design engineers, clients and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within the overall development.
As an electrical project manager you will need:
* Qualified Electrician and proven experience in a project management role
* Experience working on large residential projects
* Driving licence and CSCS/SMSTS tickets
* Able to commute to progress across Reading, surrounding home counties and London for projects as required
