As our Industrial Sales Account Manager you are responsible for driving sales of funding solutions in the areas of material handling equipment, robotics, and automation. The position involves acquiring and developing customer relationships, managing national and international projects, and building a structured deal pipeline. Working closely with regional management, the role ensures effective customer targeting while applying proven sales methodologies. As an expert in the relevant solution areas, the role requires a strong understanding of the CHG solution portfolio and acting as a role model for CHG values with both customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Self-reliance and acceptance of responsibility for the entire CHG Sales Cycle.
* Identification and development of profitable opportunities in the corresponding solution area (Industrial technology investments).
* Independent acquisition and positioning of the solution-specific portfolio with CHG-MERIDIAN target customers.
* Support for coordinating service resources that may be required.
* Maintaining a strong relationship network with contact persons of our customers for your solution area (influence and decision maker according to buying center analysis).
* Development and establishment of new partnerships with CHG-MERIDIAN's focus suppliers and subcontractors for its relevant solution area.
* Ensuring the profitability of the solution-specific portfolio with the assigned customers.
* Understanding of the factors influencing customer results and contribution margins.
* Responsibility for coordinating necessary resources and back-office activities within CHG.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in the industrial (MHE, robotics, automation) or industrial finance market.
* Experience of dealing with / winning business with customers.
* Strong commercial skills, negotiating and closing.
* Commercial acumen – Experience of working in collaboration with financial solutions.
* Open and friendly in approach.
* Desire to collaborate closely with customers and colleagues.
* Confident in presenting and negotiating at all levels within the sales cycle.
* Strategic thinking and market knowledge.
* Confident in working with MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
