As an Internal Logistics Supervisor/Planner you will perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. As an Internal Logistics Supervisor/Planner, you will be responsible for:
Responsible for managing internal logistics activities for factory operation, specialising in movements of Finished and Semi Finished goods.
Drives culture to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
Responsible for the planning, coordination and direction of all internal logistics operations to ensure maximum throughput and quality – in line with the Master Production schedule.
Utilize problem solving techniques and continuous process improvement tools to improve area key performance indicators.
Typically managing hourly employee populations.
Bachelors degree, HND experience. Experience generating production plans and progress delivery reports - preferably using Oracle, Excel or Tableau.
Ability to manage time, make quality decisions, and manage and measure work.
Good organizing, planning, and presentation skills.
