Role Overview
* Manage the grantthorton.co.uk website daily to meet business objectives and lead generation targets.
* Conduct regular reviews of the website and user experience across digital channels.
* Contribute to the strategic UX direction for the UK corporate website.
* Own the website development roadmap, collaborating with GTIL and development partners for incremental improvements.
* Ensure web accessibility compliance.
* Manage third-party relationships and tools.
* Develop and deliver training on website use and templates.
* Provide strategic recommendations and advisory services across teams.
* Address business challenges and opportunities using appropriate technology to drive value.
* Monitor and report on search term performance.
* Present website performance reports to stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
Minimum requirements include a university degree, relevant qualification, or substantial experience managing a corporate website, preferably B2B.
* Extensive experience with enterprise CMS platforms, ideally Optimizely (EPiServer).
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing large website projects.
* Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
* Experience in website personalization, UX, and information architecture.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
* Experience managing third-party suppliers and contracts.
* Leadership and team development experience.
Additional skills that are desirable but not mandatory include basic HTML/CSS, experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI), UX visualization tools (e.g., FIGMA), content management, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
