The Role

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisor to add to our team of Cover Supervisors working across the school. No two days are the same and you will meet a mixture of students and work with various departments and staff.


The primary purpose of the role is to support and supervise students in whole-class groups, providing them with an effective learning environment during short term teacher absences. We would welcome applications from both experienced candidates and those who may be beginning their journey in education. The role could be a good first step for an ECT who wishes to gain confidence and knowledge in the classroom before commencing their first teaching job.
