The business operates as expected of a well renowned mid-tier CA firm with a strong presence in the Central Belt, providing expert advice across multiple service lines such as Audit, Business Services, Advisory, Tax etc.
Over recent years the business has seen tremendous growth across each discipline, with a particular drive and focus on the growth of their Accounts and Business Services function.
The Role:
* The firm is keen to onboard a market facing person, someone that understands the importance of being out in the market networking and growing a business function whilst bringing others within the team along with them on a journey of excellence.
* As a Partner within the Accounts and Business Services function, you will lead a team consisting of trainee accountants up to Director grade.
* The Business Services department manages the finances for a large portfolio of clients typical of the local market in sectors such as Professional Services, Tech, Renewables, Energy, Construction, Manufacturing, NFP/ Charities amongst many others.
* The work you will do will include shaping the team at all levels, working with and becoming a key member within the leadership group. Provide value add service both internally within the team and external to clients.
