Role Responsibilities
This role is focused on Italian institutional fundraising, driving business development across public and private markets. Key responsibilities include:
* Expanding relationships with institutional investors in Italy, including pension funds, insurance companies, and family offices.
* Positioning the firm's strategies effectively and tailoring solutions to investor requirements.
* Leading end-to-end fundraising efforts, from initial engagement to closing commitments.
* Collaborating with internal teams to develop marketing materials and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
* Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends and investment solutions.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven track record in institutional fundraising or investor relations within asset management, private markets, or alternatives.
* Strong network of Italian institutional investors and deep understanding of their investment preferences.
* Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of UCITS and private market strategies is highly advantageous.
