The Role
We are seeking a skilled Welder. You will carry out welding to high standards, working on components and assemblies in mild and stainless steel. A weld test will be required during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding tasks to specification in both mild steel and stainless steel
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Prepare, fit, and align parts prior to welding
- Carry out quality checks on your work
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
- Fabrication work
Requirements / Skills
- Proven competence in welding mild and stainless steel
- Experience with MIG, or equivalent welding methods
- Ability to pass a weld test as part of the hiring processGood attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Able to work within a team and take responsibility for your work
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts
