Ecolab is seeking a Pest Elimination Bird Deterrent System Installer to join its industry-leading Pest Elimination team. You will provide timely and cost-effective pest detection, elimination, and prevention solutions to commercial customers, including restaurants, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, retail stores, and food processing plants. What You Will Do
* Build effective relationships with customers and collaborate on pest solutions
* Stay informed on Ecolab’s products and industry trends to improve service and sales
* Use Apple technology to manage service documentation and pest issues
* Deliver quality inspections and treatments exceeding customer expectations
* Provide written reports and advice for pest prevention
* Apply pesticides per label and legislation
* Plan routes efficiently to ensure 100% service level
* Complete reports and paperwork accurately and timely
Position Details
* Permanent employment
* 40 hours per week
* Out-of-hours rota requirement
* Work in various challenging environments
* Company van with fuel card and maintenance
Package Details
* Salary between £26,200 and £29K, depending on experience and qualifications
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* Flexible benefits package including a 4% annual bonus, options for extra leave, private medical/dental, vouchers, or salary increase
* Life insurance at base salary level
* Pension contributions (3% employee, 7% employer)
* Performance bonus, overtime, and uncapped commission
