This role requires a confident, adaptable manager with excellent interpersonal skills and strong organisational ability. Managing financial processes including budgeting, forecasting & expenditure monitoring in conjunction with our business manager.Ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual requirements including Welsh regulatory standards and GMS Contract.
Leading workforce planning, recruitment, HR processes and staff development.Maintaining and developing practice policies, procedures & governance frameworks
Supporting delivery of enhanced services and practice development initiativesEnsuring effective use of IT systems and digital tools
Main duties of the job

Manage workflows, staffing rotas, recruitment, onboarding, and appraisalsHandle financial management: accounts, budgeting, reporting & forecasting as well as be able to forecast business turnover estimates.
Maintain compliance with NHS Wales and statutory standardsImplement improvements, optimise systems & support digital transformation
Ensure excellent patient experience is at the heart of practice operationsAct as a key liaison for partners, cluster colleagues, external agencies & regulators

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Level 5 management
* Prior NHS finance exposure
* Experience with practice systems
* Knowledge of QAIF, contracts
