This role will include warehouse-related tasks such as receiving and unloading deliveries.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenish store items, ensuring shelves are clean, tidy, and well-presented.
2. Providing excellent customer service when the store is open, assisting with questions, and proactively offering help.
3. Date checking fresh produce and grocery products.
4. Supporting across the store and assisting with deliveries as needed.
5. Building knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations.
