We’re dedicated to creating a positive, well-managed environment, ensuring that our tenants and clients have access to the best facilities and support.As our Reception Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our rental and meeting spaces at North West Business Complex, creating a safe and welcoming experience for all.The post holder will be the first point of contact dealing with tenants, suppliers and visitors. The main role will be to provide administration support to staff and management. The successful candidate must have previous administration experience of working in a busy office environment as this is a key role with great responsibility. Reception Administrator Duties.


Responsibilities

* Supporting the Head of Property to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.
* Maintaining accurate records.
* Communicating with tenants.
* Managing queries and resolving any issues as necessary.
* Liaising with the finance team daily to include distribution of tenant invoices and credit control.
* Handling maintenance and repair requests.
* Marketing of property online and on social media platforms.
* Maintaining records on property rates and liaising with LPSNI.
* Liaising with the company IT provider.
* Adherence to company policies & procedures.
* Any other duties deemed appropriate by the Head of Property.


Skills and Qualifications

* Minimum of 3 years experience working in an administration role.
* Strong organisational & time management skills.
* Able to multitask, prioritise & work to deadlines.
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
* Confident providing face to face customer service.
* Ability to speak to people on the phone with a professional manner’ via telephone, email and online video conferencing.
* Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
* Experience in property administration & management.


Further Information

Summary of Key Benefits & Terms of Employment.Contract; Permanent.Hours; 30hrs per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 4.00pm.Salary; £19,656 per annum.Annual Leave; 32 days per annum starting off that rises with length of service.Probation Period; Post will be subject to satisfactory completion of 6 months probationary period.Pension Scheme; Successful candidate will be able to join the Company pension scheme.Death in Service; Employer Death in Service scheme operates for all employees.
