We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Full Time Supervising Social Worker to join our team to develop and promote fostering services in Cymru South. Our office is based in Bridgend with a hybrid working model for flexibility.

Duties Include:
* Supporting foster parents to achieve positive outcomes
* Monitoring foster parent suitability and competence
* Providing supervision and support in line with FCA standards
* Working collaboratively with families and participating in relevant meetings
* Ensuring compliance with documentation and policies
* Attending meetings and providing reports for care packages
* Encouraging participation of children and young people in agency development
* Participating in out-of-hours support and duty systems
* Conducting home visits and assessments
Requirements:
* Professional registration with Social Work Wales or equivalent
* High standard report writing skills
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures
* Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays
* Confidence in transporting children in stressful situations
