Job description/responsibilities. * To work in conjunction with the Maintenance team focusing on preventative and reactive maintenance on production machines * Site maintenance, good housekeeping ensuring a safe and tidy workshop * Assisting with engineers as required * Manual handling: relocating and alterations / modifications to machinery * Follow all company procedures policies * Follow instructions from senior members of staff * Adhoc duties in line with role and skill set * Ability to operate tools and machinery (training provided if necessary) * Assisting with maintenance or improvement projects (e.g., painting, organising storage areas, assembling fixtures). * Ability to use own initiative within H&S requirements and task allocation Key Skills Required: - * Time management - Attendance and time keeping must be exemplary * Ability to follow instruction and work to deadlines * Attention to detail * Communication skills * Team player * Adaptability and flexibility * Problem solving * Good physical fitness with the ability to manoeuvre heavy loads * Safety awareness working to SSW & Risk Assessments Days - M-F 28 Days Holiday Up to £43,000 basic Over time offered after past probation
