Job Description
The Credit Controller (Hybrid) duties will include:
3. Collection and allocation of payments
4. Reconciliation of accounts
5. Resolve any Short Payments in a timely manner
6. Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
7. Maintain accounts receivable customer files
8. Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
9. Provide Management Accountant with updates for cash flow with expected receipts
10. Investigate and resolve customer queries
11. Process adjustments
12. Monthly statements
13. Work with our chosen credit insurer to ensure we comply with all provisions of the insurance policy
14. Communicating with customers via phone, email
15. Plan and work towards a cash collection target informing your manager on a weekly basis on actual performance
16. Releasing of Promotion Credits once Customer information has been received and advising the Customer of the Credit Note
17. Liaising with Sales Team
18. AOB within Finance
The Successful Applicant
The successful Credit Controller (Hybrid) should have the following skills/qualities:
19. Previous experience in credit control and/or a related accounting role such as Accounts Receivable.
20. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
21. Be comfortable working in a busy, multi-regional finance environment.
22. Be collaborative, with strong communication skills
23. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
24. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
25. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.

26. A competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
27. Hybrid working pattern of 3:2 with free on-site parking
