âRecruitment Coordinator
đŒContract: Fixed Term (6â12 Months)
We are working with a well-established, global engineering organisation who are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support their busy HR and talent acquisition function on a 6â12 month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and previous recruitment or HR administration experience to join a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple departments
* Acting as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Pre-screening candidates via telephone, assessing suitability against role requirements
* Managing and tracking candidate pipelines and recruitment activity
* Chasing, reviewing, and processing psychometric assessments (e.g. McQuaig and other personality assessments)
* Supporting hiring managers with recruitment administration and updates
* Ensuring all candidate data is accurately maintained in line with GDPR and internal processes
* Assisting with general HR and recruitment coordination duties as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a recruitment, resourcing, or HR coordination role
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience conducting candidate pre-screening calls
* Familiarity with psychometric/personality assessments (e.g. McQuaig) is advantageous
* High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
