This role will involve regular maintenance duties across multiple sites, with an emphasis on high-quality fabric and plumbing repairs. The successful candidate will be working closely with a team of engineers, supervisors, and the administration team, with regular face-to-face interactions with clients. Job Duties Execute a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, with a focus on fabric and plumbing. General Maintenance tasks (wall repairs, laying carpet tiles, replacing bulbs, ceiling tiles, cleaning traps) Basic plumbing (replacing taps, TMVs, etc.) Basic electrical (wiring in replacement appliances) - company will put candidates through an electrical competency for this if required Compliance tasks (tap temps, EL flick tests, etc) Safely operate and maintain a company-provided vehicle, following company policies.
