Role and responsibilities
Our Operations Team provides a high-level service to Academic and Charity clients to support them in their vital work around the globe. We are recruiting for a German-speaker to join the team. You will receive comprehensive training covering all elements of the role including our reservations systems and processes. Responsibilities include handling travel bookings and supporting clients to ensure smooth travel arrangements for our chartered and educational study trips.

Requirements
* Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential
* A passion for travel with demonstrable energy and self-motivation
* Experience dealing with high volumes of email and call requests processing complex travel bookings
* Previous experience working as a Business Travel Consultant (desirable, not essential)
* Good CRS knowledge - Galileo preferable but training can be given
* The ability to achieve individual and team targets
Hours, location and working pattern
Hours of work are 8.45am - 5.30pm (1 week), 8am - 4.45pm (1 week), 7am - 3.45pm (1 week) Monday – Friday, with one weekend day every six weeks (and a day off in lieu midweek). The role may be based at either our central Manchester office on a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office), or from home (UK).
