Manual Handling & Grounds Work Competent in laboring duties, mowing, sweeping, litter clearance, and maintaining the overall tidiness of zoo grounds and associated areas. Stores & Stock Control Proven ability to manage stores, receive and handle stock items, replenish supplies, and maintain inventory records. Animal Support Assisted zoo staff with basic animal husbandry including food transport, medication support, tagging, and ensuring compound security. Vehicle Maintenance Performed daily checks on tractors and associated equipment (oil, tyres, water, etc.) and maintained accurate inspection records. Chemical & Waste Handling Responsible for safe handling and transportation of animal by-products, quarantine waste, and chemicals in line with regulations.
