What You’ll Do
* Deliver an outstanding customer proposition: manage the branch, serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves.
* Deliver great service – ensure your team provides a great customer experience and drives sales through service.
* Muck in – help the team get the job done: checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning and putting orders together.
* Inspire – encourage a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
* Ask questions and build relationships – support team development, future business growth and succession plan and ensure customers receive everything they need.
* Lead – coach, motivate and engage your team, create a great place to work where engagement is key.
* Build a fun working environment – maintain product availability and branch standards, make branch a place everyone loves to work.
