About the role
Spencer Clarke Group are working in partnership with a further education college in Leyland to recruit a Travel & Tourism Lecturer on a full-time basis. This role is due to start on 13th April and will continue through to the end of the academic year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across Level 2 and Level 3 Travel & Tourism courses, supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Travel & Tourism
Teach across Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications
Assess student work and provide constructive feedback
Monitor student progress and support achievement
Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environmentAbout you
Experience teaching Travel & Tourism within an FE setting
Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
Strong subject knowledge across Level 2 and 3 curriculum
Confident classroom management skills
Ability to engage and motivate learners
