As a Trade Parts Advisor, you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face-to-face or over the phone.
Main Responsibilities
1. Ensure that walk-in and telephone customers are promptly attended to and meet sales targets.
2. Maintain meticulous administration of the parts department, including checking stock levels and managing deliveries.
3. Deliver an exceptional experience to all customers, internal and external.
4. Maximise sales, maintain customer retention, and overachieve on targets.
5. Demonstrate passion for the product and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
The Ideal Candidate
* Commitment to delivering customer excellence.
* Good verbal and numerical reasoning skills.
* Previous experience in a target-driven role.
* Core computing skills, including web systems, email, and Excel.
* Experience with Kerridge is advantageous.
* A full, clean driving license is essential as the role includes van delivery.
Salary: £24,451.88 + OTE circa £34k + Excellent Company Benefits. 45 hours per week.
