About the Role:
We are a market-leading global business seeking an Account / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the print industry and experience managing key client accounts. Personal attributes should include tenacity, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidence in communication.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage global client accounts and develop lasting business relationships.
2. Oversee new projects from initiation to completion, including artwork creation.
3. Coordinate closely with design, sales, and finance departments.
4. Identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
5. Maintain detailed records of pricing, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in key client account and project management.
* Knowledge of the print/packaging industry is preferred.
* Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and take initiative.
* Confidence in liaising with various departments regarding deadlines.
* Advanced IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
Benefits:
