Sylva’s platform connects families, healthcare providers and support services to make accessing and coordinating care easier. They’re now looking for a commercial lead to scale local authority partnerships across the UK. This is a rare opportunity to join a mission-driven startup in a foundational commercial role, working directly with the founder to shape the go-to-market strategy while closing meaningful deals across local authorities, education and more. Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close across local authorities, school trusts and charities Building and managing a strong pipeline, forecasting revenue and delivering against agreed targets Running discovery calls, demos and commercial conversations with clinical, commissioning and operational stakeholders Developing strategic partnerships with organisations such as teletherapy providers, assessment services and charities Structuring referral, reseller and revenue-share partnerships that expand Sylva’s distribution Working directly with the founder on pricing, positioning, pilots and procurement processes Creating and refining sales materials, outreach strategies and the company’s early sales playbook
What you’ll need
4–8 years experience in B2B or public sector technology sales Experience selling into organisations such as local authorities, education or the third sector is highly valuable Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to navigate complex buying processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
