You’ll be responsible for delivering our production plans safely, efficiently, and profitably — all while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards. Reporting directly to the Site or Operations Director, you'll shape the strategy, inspire your teams, and make a measurable impact on our success. Own site-wide performance across safety, quality, production, and people Lead with integrity, supporting cross-functional teams and driving a People-first culture Champion health & safety and food safety compliance, embedding behavioural best practices Drive continuous improvement (CI) and operational excellence projects Coach and develop your teams, building strong succession and engagement Act as Site Director deputy, confidently leading during audits and stakeholder visits The Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives.
