Supervisor - Fixed Term Contract, 16 hours
Radley London was born in the heart of the Capital, inspired by the style, energy, and character of the city. We are passionate about artisan-made handbags, footwear, and accessories, combining fashion with functionality to create durable pieces that add a spring to your step, whether you're in Soho or on the school run.
We have a deep understanding of leather, which is at our core. We strive to set new standards for quality in every design, paying attention to every detail, including our retail store experience.
We are excited to recruit a Supervisor who will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading the team to excellence. This role requires motivating and inspiring others and being part of Radley's journey to becoming a world-class retailer.
As part of the Radley Retail Management team, you should demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, commercial awareness, creativity, and inspirational leadership, working collaboratively with your managers.
Daily responsibilities may vary, but typically include:
* Delivering and coaching the team to create a premium client experience tailored to your customer profile.
* Helping to develop exceptional talent, sustain success, and address skills or knowledge gaps.
* Using commercial insight to identify sales and profitability opportunities, responding to competitor activity, and analyzing KPI data (sales, conversion, footfall, margin, ACS).
* Promoting a fair, equitable, and inclusive work culture that aligns with Radley's values and #ProudtoBe ethos.
* Partnering with the Store & Assistant Manager to address team queries and provide guidance.
Our benefits include enhanced annual leave (including holiday buy), flexible bank holidays, sickness pay, life assurance, virtual GP, healthcare cash plan (~£900/year), employee assistance program, company bonus, up to 60% product discount, time in service rewards, birthday gift, special occasion gifts, cycle to work scheme, and season ticket loan.
At Radley, we are committed to creating an inclusive culture inspired by women and social equity. We are actively working to promote diversity and support flexible working arrangements. Our recruitment process is designed to be inclusive, considering alternative job boards and flexible hours, and avoiding unnecessary qualification requirements.
We are #Proudtobe Radley.
We offer a competitive benefits package, and if shortlisted, we will share salary details upfront. We focus on rewarding experience and ability rather than salary expectations at the initial stage.
