We're recruiting on behalf of a leading national wealth management firm seeking an experienced and motivated
Senior Financial Planner
to join their established Bracknell office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing adviser who thrives on business development and relationship building. The ideal candidate will be confident generating new business, expanding their client base, and delivering outstanding holistic advice to a diverse portfolio of HNW clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively generate and convert new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and professional partnerships.
* Manage and develop an existing client portfolio while delivering comprehensive financial planning across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning.
* Collaborate closely with the investment management team to provide a seamless client experience.
* Contribute to the wider business plan and regional growth strategy.
* Maintain fully compliant and up-to-date client files at all times.
About You:
* Level 4 Diploma qualified (Chartered or working towards Level 6 preferred).
* Proven success in attracting and developing new clients while maintaining long-term relationships.
* Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness and a client-first mindset.
* Able to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and deliver advice on a fee basis.
