What You’ll Be Doing
* Producing accurate and competitive electrical estimates for projects across commercial and public sector buildings
* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to source competitive pricing
* Identifying potential risks, exclusions, and opportunities within each project scope
* Collaborating with pre‑construction and operational teams to align bids with delivery strategy
* Supporting tender submissions and attending post‑tender meetings as needed
* Keeping clear documentation to support pricing strategies and cost breakdowns
Skills & Experience Required
* Experience as an Electrical Estimator in the M&E or building services sector
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and installations
* Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
* Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
* Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
* Relevant trade background or electrical qualifications (preferred)
