About the Role
Are you ready to Get Stuck In? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who thrive on making a difference! At Butlin’s, you won’t just be confined to one department; you’ll have the chance to work across various teams, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.
As a Team Member Plus, your week will kick off with cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays. The rest of the week? You’ll dive into exciting roles across our sports & activities, restaurants, bars, shops, fairground, and buffets. Flexibility is key, and you may find yourself switching between these areas to keep things fresh and fun!
If you hold any of the following qualifications—FA Level 1 football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or NCPLH personal license—we’d love to hear from you!
About You
We’re searching for spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who are eager to learn and collaborate with a vibrant team. Previous experience isn’t a must; what matters most is your attitude, mindset, and passion for enhancing our guests’ experiences.

No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you develop the skills you need to excel in all areas of your role. You’ll benefit from a detailed 90-day induction plan and be paired with a buddy during your learning phase to ensure you grasp the ins and outs of your responsibilities.
Expect variety in your day-to-day tasks as you engage with different team members and guests. You’ll be chatting with guests and becoming part of a team dedicated to enhancing their hospitality skills.
If you’re aiming for a career with Butlin’s, this role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our most guest-facing areas. Typical working hours cover 35 hours a week, and you must be aged 18 or over to apply. Live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area.
