You will join a small, collaborative team where engineering decisions have visible business impact and senior leadership is engaged and supportive. The Role Hands on senior developer role across the .NET stack with a modern JavaScript front end. You will design features, write production code, mentor teammates, and work directly with stakeholders in legal and finance domains. This suits someone who values clean architecture, maintainability, and delivering software that solves real problems. Tech Stack Backend: C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, MS SQL Frontend: JavaScript, React preferred. Experience with Angular also welcome DevOps and Infrastructure: Docker, AWS ECS, Git, CI and CD pipelines Quality and Ways of Working: Unit and integration testing, technical documentation, Agile boards What You Will Do Build and maintain internal and customer facing applications using C# with a React front end Lead architecture and design for new features and services Refactor and optimise legacy components for performance and reliability Mentor junior engineers through pairing, reviews, and coaching Partner with business stakeholders including senior leadership to shape delivery Ensure solutions meet security and compliance requirements including GDPR Improve standards across testing, deployment, and documentation About You Three to five plus years of commercial software development Strong experience with the .NET ecosystem and a modern frontend framework such as React Comfortable with CI and CD, Docker, and AWS ECS Confident working with RESTful APIs and complex data flows Clear communicator who enjoys mentoring and collaborative delivery Nice to have.
