The Role
We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Consultant to join our growing Workday Technical Practice. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering Workday integrations for our clients across multiple modules, ensuring seamless connectivity between Workday and third-party systems. Working collaboratively with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders, you will help deliver robust, scalable, and efficient integration solutions that drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Cloud Connectors.
* Analyse client integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Manage and deliver integration workstreams as part of end-to-end Workday implementations.
* Support existing integrations and troubleshoot issues post go-live.
* Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure integrations align with business processes and data flows.
* Advise clients on best practices, security considerations, and performance optimisation in Workday integrations.
* Participate in knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Workday Practice.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Proven experience as a Workday Integration Consultant
* Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core/Cloud Connectors.
* Solid understanding of Workday HCM, Finance, or Adaptive Planning data structures.
* Experience with XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and data transformation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
Desirable:
* Workday Integration or Workday Studio certification(s).
* Exposure to Workday Extend or custom application development.
* Experience with middleware tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
* Previous consultancy or client-facing experience.
