KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
To join our our Metsa Tissue team in Walton on Thames.
What do you get to do?
Dr ive, lead and develop sales to achieve set targets by developing and managing the customer relationships by understanding their key needs and requirements.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Support of existing wholesalers and end-consumers in the sales area
* Analyze markets and identify trends
* Develop and implement Sales in line with general Sales targets and plans
* Maintain CRM with focus on long-term partnerships, especially with winning customers
* Aquisition of new customers, who correspond to the BU-market-plan
* Pricing in the defined frame
* Placing of new products in the market
* Reaching and putting into action the orders
* Market-/ competition observation
* Examination and qualification of customer demands
* Place innovations, as e.g. new products
* Communicate Customer´s demand and feedback
* Support of the complaint processing
* Participation in sales-events and fairs
What are we looking for?
* A minimum of 2 years of market and sales experience in the FMCG industry
* Good English language, written and spoken
* Ability to analyze complex markets and develop selling opportunities
* Active listening and able to ask the right questions
* Ability to adapt to all our customers accordingly
* Ability to showcase the benefits when demonstrating products or services
* Great negotiation skills and the ability to finalize negotiations quickly
* Able to communicate effectively and drive teamwork
* Solution selling and Innovative
* Good MS-Office and ideally SAP knowledge
* Reliable with high integrity
* Well organized
* Flexible, dynamic and result oriented
