This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with up to 2 years of experience in finance or administration—or someone eager to break into the industry. You’ll be joining a collaborative team where your attention to detail, communication skills, and enthusiasm will be highly valued.
Your next role
* Creating and issuing sales invoices in line with project schedules
* Supporting project teams with invoicing and reporting
* Attending monthly Project Director reviews
* Preparing month-end accruals, prepayments, and cost reports
* Assisting with timesheet movements and mailbox monitoring
* Providing cover for team absences and supporting Finance Business Partners
* Getting involved in ad hoc finance tasks and projects
Your skills and experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and numeracy
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
* Motivated, flexible, and eager to learn
* Ideally, some experience in an office or transactional finance role
