The Role
We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy TikTok content creator to join our squad. You’ll help bring our clients’ brands to life through short-form video content that feels native, fun, and scroll-stopping. This is perfect for someone who lives on TikTok, understands meme culture, and can film/edit engaging videos that don’t feel like ads.
Responsibilities
* Create TikToks that feel organic and authentic (UGC, green screen, reaction, voiceover, talking to camera, etc.)
* Follow creative briefs and deliver videos with a fast turnaround (24–72 hrs)
* Jump on trends and adapt them to client brands
* Film yourself or source relevant footage (we’ll provide app access or prompts)
* Collaborate with our internal creative strategist and project managers
* Add captions, voiceovers, text overlays, or trending sounds when needed
Requirements
* Strong understanding of TikTok trends, formats, and what gets views
* Comfortable on camera and/or filming aesthetic B-roll if needed
* Basic editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or TikTok-native tools)
* Reliable communication and quick turnaround times
* Bonus: Past experience making ads or promoting products/apps
Nice to Have (but not required)
* Portfolio of past TikToks or UGC work
* Interest in apps, tech, lifestyle, or pop culture content
* Previous experience working with a marketing agency or brand
