Contract Type:
12 months fixed term contract. Full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid role with a minimum of 1 day per week in the office

Role Overview
As the Contracts and Eligibility Advisor you'll upload and maintain all Bupa Health Clinics member records within Health Clinics systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date for the assigned portfolio. You'll support internal teams (bookings, sales and operations) and external stakeholders (intermediary or direct clients) with any queries around member records and product eligibility.
What You'll Do
* Update relevant systems, ensuring all areas of the business can view current information
* Complete and assist colleagues across departments in the resolution of all member queries.
* Liaise with internal departments of Bupa and external providers.
* To develop and maintain an up to date and accurate knowledge of appropriate Bupa products, policies and initiatives in order to ensure that all queries are answered accurately.
* To use verbal and written communication to obtain/give further information to member/client or internal departments on member queries
* To liaise with Sales and to maximise opportunities for B2B Client acquisition and retention
* The managing of busy mailboxes effectively, and within set SLA.
What You'll Bring
* An administrative background is preferred but not essential.
* Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word
