About This Role An exciting opportunity to manage and create content for digital channels for key kids programmes for a global leader in the production and distribution of children and family content. The role is focused on creation of content, implementation, and operations for all assigned digital channels and brands. This role involves creation of content and the daily operations of our latest shows. You will be responsible for growing viewership and revenue for these brands across the world. If you love working with outstanding kids' content and have a strong YouTube and video editing skillset, we'd love to hear from you. We are looking for someone with experience working with YouTube, social media and/or similar CMS driven platforms. The ideal candidate will possess video and graphic editing, plus delivery workflow knowledge. An interest and familiarity with children’s content is preferential. Duties Creating regular exciting and engaging, short and long form high-quality video content for each brand. Creation of cloud-based screener file via programme master files. Uploading of new programming onto Amazon and rectifying any editorial or metadata errors. Keeping on top of the YouTube algorithm and regularly using YouTube analytics to understand and enhance content performance with an ability to react quickly to performance or platform changes. Create, d evise, and deploy optimal written metadata including titles, tags and reviewing policies, as well as world-class artwork (thumbnails) ensuring high CTR's across our channels. Sharing insights and learnings with rest of department and wider distribution/licensing/ brand/marketing teams. Constantly look ing to evolve growth strategies across our YouTube channel. Responsible for requesting and cleaning material and rights availability checks using in-house system and liaising with internal sales, legal and content operation personnel. Creating exciting, aligned high-quality video content and images for brand assigned contributing to reach given KPIs. Creating data reports and slides for internal and external producers. Presenting these reports to Head of Department, other departments and/or producers. Creation of cloud-based screener via programme master files. Ad-Hoc department duties as requested by Head of Department. Knowledge & Skills Highly skilled in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop essentials, while knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator and Motion Graphics is a plus. Previous experience on YouTube essential, with knowledge of Amazon Prime Video Direct/ Slate a plus. Strong analytical skills Ability to stay 'cool' when the pressure is on. Expertly manage multiple projects at any one time, with excellent organisational skills and ability to meet regular weekly tight deadlines. Another language is preferred but not. Interest in extending television brands into the online space. Efficient and effective.
