We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fitness Sales Partner to spearhead the launch of our high-protein meal brand within the Hounslow area. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with the local fitness community, identifying new business opportunities within gyms, and managing the end-to-end sales and delivery process. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to drive brand growth through proactive outreach and strategic community engagement in a fast-paced, health-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
* Proactive Outreach: Engage in face-to-face promotional activities within local gyms to introduce our high-protein meal solutions to members and staff.
* Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with gym managers and personal trainers to facilitate brand integration.
* Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial member approach and product education to closing sales and coordinating meal deliveries.
* Market Analysis: Monitor local fitness trends and gather customer feedback to help refine brand positioning and product offerings.
* Lead Tracking: Maintain organized records of client interactions, orders, and potential leads to optimize the sales pipeline.
* Logistics Coordination: Ensure the efficient and professional delivery of meal products to various locations across Hounslow.
* Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales volume, gym engagement levels, and growth opportunities to the management team.
Requirements
* Communication Excellence: Highly confident and well-spoken, with the ability to build immediate rapport with diverse groups of people.
* Fitness Industry Knowledge: A strong passion for health and nutrition, with the ability to discuss protein requirements and fitness goals authentically.
* Logistical Capability: Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid driving license is preferred to facilitate local deliveries.
* Self-Management: Highly organized and capable of working independently under a self-employed/freelance structure.
* Goal-Oriented: A results-driven mindset with the motivation to maximize earnings through an uncapped commission structure.
* Flexibility: Availability to work 1–2 days per week, with the adaptability to align working hours with peak gym attendance times.

Pay: £200.00-£600.00 per week
