Salary: circa GBP25,000 - GBP28,000
I'm delighted to support this well-established, impressive export hub in their search for an experienced Receptionist. This is a great opportunity for a front-of-house receptionist responsible for supporting the Commercial and Events Management teams.
The successful candidate will manage visitors arriving at the building, liaising with stakeholders including partners, customers, and suppliers. You will also handle various administrative tasks supporting different teams within the business.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
1. Front of house meet and greet
2. Administrative support to teams within the business
3. Answering all incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
4. Managing orders
5. Events planning and coordination
Criteria:
* Proven reception experience in a professional, customer-facing environment
* Strong administrative skills
* Experience with multi-line phone systems
* Familiarity with MS Office
