The Role You’ll be working at the heart of a thriving Trusts practice, advising colleagues and clients on a wide range of complex and rewarding matters, including: * Creation, administration and termination of new and existing Trusts * Drafting deeds and Trust documentation * Trust tax returns, accounts and use of HMRC Trust Registration Services * Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning * Business Property Relief and Agricultural Property Relief * Declarations of Trust * Wills involving Trusts and complex family arrangements * Taxable and non-taxable estates You’ll also collaborate closely with internal and external professionals to deliver seamless advice and exceptional client care.
