Our client, a well-established sales and marketing firm in Brighton, is expanding. We are seeking ambitious individuals to join their team as Entry Level Sales Assistants to meet surging client demand.

* Full Commitment: This is a Full-Time Equivalent role. Applicants must have full availability 4–5 days per week (between Monday and Saturday).
What You’ll Be Doing:
Working directly in face-to-face, residential-based field sales campaigns across Brighton, you will focus on:
* Customer Acquisition: Generating a fresh customer base for diverse clients.
* Team Collaboration: Working alongside a motivated sales team to hit targets.
* Service Excellence: Representing brands with professionalism and high-level customer service.

Experience is not required, this full-time equivalent opportunity operates on a subcontracted, uncapped commission-based basis and includes a comprehensive development and training programme. However, experience in roles such as retail, warehouse, administration, receptionist, customer service, sales, marketing, sales assistant, cleaner, customer service advisor, direct sales, promotions, events coordination, hospitality, front of house, or bar work may be beneficial.
This is a full-time equivalent opportunity operating on a subcontracted, uncapped commission-based basis. It is designed for those ready to treat their development as a full-time career path.
