Salary & Package: £50,000 - £60,000 + bonus + private medical and a further benefits package

This role reports into the Senior Manager and you will manage a large global spend across Indirect Categories including Technology, HR, Professional Services, Marketing, Travel, and more.

Role & Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end global sourcing projects across Technology, HR, Professional Services, Marketing, and more.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and performance improvements through strategic procurement.
* Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with global suppliers.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment and procurement compliance.
* Support and help deliver major transformation programmes (e.g., HR and Finance).
Experience & Requirements
* Experience managing end-to-end procurement projects.
* Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
* Understanding of procurement best practices, processes, and tools.
* CIPS or a similar qualification is desirable but not essential.
