You’ll play a crucial role in managing cash flow, assessing credit risk, and maintaining strong relationships with clients across hospitality, venues, and live events. Benefits: 28 days holiday plus bank holidays Life cover, company pension, and employee assistance programme Access to Medicash healthcare cash plan – covering dental, optical, online GP, gym and retail discounts Refer-a-friend scheme with cash rewards Fortnightly team lunches and regular socials Be part of a business that supports some of the UK’s most prestigious sporting events and festivals Responsibilities as Credit Control Supervisor: Manage the end-to-end credit control process across a portfolio of clients Proactively chase outstanding debt to maintain healthy cash flow Assess and approve new credit applications, setting appropriate limits and reviewing terms regularly Monitor aged debt, escalating high-risk accounts and implementing tailored recovery strategies Resolve invoice queries efficiently by collaborating with Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams Reconcile multi-site and multi-event accounts with accuracy and attention to detail Produce debtor reports and cash flow forecasts, providing insight into seasonal risks and trends Support continuous improvement of invoicing and collections processes Liaise with insurers, legal advisors, and recovery agencies where required As a Credit Control Supervisor, you will: Have proven experience in credit control within hospitality, food service, events, or FMCG Have a strong understanding of credit risk management in seasonal or project-based environments Hold excellent communication and negotiation skills. Professional, yet firm Be highly organised with excellent reconciliation and reporting skills Be confident using ERP or finance systems (e.g., SAP, Netsuite, Sage) and advanced Excel user Be Commercially aware, with the ability to balance customer service and financial discipline My client is offering an annual salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience.
