To become a Student Support Administrator in our Specialist Learning Support department, we need someone who is ambitious, motivated with great attention to detail. The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new skills and develop their abilities in a wide range of activities. Although this position is centred on our Redditch campus, all applicants must be prepared to travel to our other campuses or surrounding areas as required.

Responsibilities
* To administer and maintain student records and the requisite data systems to ensure all support and associated costs are recorded accurately and reflect the funding received by the College for the delivery of additional support, utilising the EHCP and EFA funding streams.
* To coordinate the information recorded on Unit-e with the College\'s MIS team to ensure the data recorded for the ILR is timely, accurate and up to date.
* To coordinate the examination access arrangements, allocate the associated costs, with approvals recorded on Unit-e and all relevant parties informed.
* To work closely with the SLS lead and High Needs team in arranging specialist assessments by Educational Psychologists, Speech & Language Therapists, Integrated Specialist Support Services, and related professionals.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Level 2 Administration qualification or relevant experience.
* willingness to travel to other campuses or surrounding areas as required.
