Finance Administrator Location: West Malling Salary: Up to £38,000 Monday to Friday We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a well-established Facilities Management subcontractor based in West Malling. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented finance professional looking to join a growing business within the FM sector. The Role As a Finance Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function, ensuring accurate processing of financial information and maintaining strong financial controls across the business. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations. Key Responsibilities Processing purchase invoices and reconciling supplier statements Raising sales invoices and supporting credit control activities Assisting with month-end processes and financial reporting Managing expense claims and company credit card reconciliations Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry Supporting payroll administration where required Liaising with operational teams regarding job costing and invoicing General administrative support to the finance department Requirements Previous experience in a finance administration or accounts role Strong working knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar) Good understanding of purchase ledger and sales ledger processes High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organisational and time management skills Confident communicator with a proactive approach Whats on Offer Salary up to £38,000 depending on experience Monday to Friday working hours Stable position within a growing FM subcontractor Supportive team environment with progression opportunities This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their finance career within a dynamic and fast-paced FM environment.
