We’re looking for experienced Pipelayers who take pride in precision, quality, and delivering drainage and infrastructure works to the highest standards. The Role As a Pipelayer, you will play a key role in the installation and maintenance of drainage systems and underground pipework, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. Your day-to-day will include: Laying and installing drainage pipes (clay, plastic, and concrete) Setting out and working to levels and falls from drawings and laser equipment Installing manholes, chambers, and associated drainage structures Benching, concreting, and surrounding pipework Carrying out deep drainage and trench work Ensuring correct alignment and gradient of pipelines Working closely with machine operators and groundwork teams Reading and interpreting drawings and technical specifications Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times Essential Requirements CSCS Card (essential) Proven experience as a Pipelayer in drainage and groundworks Strong understanding of drainage systems, levels, and gradients Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good awareness of site health & safety practices Desirable Skills & Experience CPCS / NPORS tickets (CSCS-affiliated) Confined Spaces Training Deep Drainage experience Experience working with laser levels Dumper / Roller / Excavator tickets 5–10 years of groundwork or pipelaying experience Established gangs or teams with proven ability to work together What We Expect Reliability and punctuality Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work efficiently to programme deadlines Commitment to delivering high-quality work Valid right to work in the UK Why Join Us?
